They are super easy to make and you don't need any special equipment to do so (apart from a freezer, you'll need one of those.)

One of the (many) great things about these is that they don't require any special equipment to make them, which makes them super easy and fuss free to whip up. As long as you have bananas and oats then you can pretty much throw in anything else you like, and 20 minutes later you have a batch of the most deliciously chewy energy boosting bites EVER!
